NESPi4 Software Setup Walkthrough and Benchtest (Plus AverMedia 4K Review)

Can the RPi4+ board really run N64, Dreamcast, and PS2 games? In this video, I walk through the software setup of RetroPi on the NESPi4 using RetroPi4_400, load up some ROMs, and see what the Raspberry Pi4 board can actually do. We find out if the Pi4+ will outperform the 3+. Also, I use the AverMedia 4K Capture Card for the first time and learn some interesting things.
